9:30 - 1:00 pm (3.5 hour class)

Learn to make:

  • Ricotta
  • Haloumi
  • Greek-style yogurt
  • Labne (spice crusted and herbed)
  • Cultured butter
  • Kefir

Sunday 4th October - Advanced Cheese Making

9:30 - 2:30 pm (5 hour class)

Learn to make delicious cultured cheeses:

  • Greek-style feta
  • Camembert
  • Buttermilk blue
  • Mozzarella
